Join The Anxiety Center: Transforming Mental Health Care

The Anxiety Center is a Joint Commission-Accredited, integrated care facility dedicated to providing exceptional, science-driven mental health care that surpasses patient expectations. Guided by our mission and values, we strive to foster transformative relationships, create innovative solutions, and deliver integrated care to address the complex needs of our patients.

We provide Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), evidence-based psychotherapy, advanced psychiatric care, and groundbreaking treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato, and Ketamine infusions. We are committed to equity, proudly accepting all insurances—including Ohio Medicaid MCOs—to ensure accessible, high-quality care for all.

Why The Anxiety Center?

At The Anxiety Center, we are driven by excellence, courage, and innovation. These values empower us to provide cutting-edge care and embrace the challenges of creating unprecedented solutions. Our work is guided by science, which evolves with new knowledge and ensures care remains both provisional and an equalizer. Above all, we prioritize relationships, cultivating connections with our patients and team rooted in love, empathy, and joy.

Here, you’ll find a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions are celebrated, and your well-being is prioritized. Weekly team meetings every Thursday foster connection and innovation, and our competitive reimbursement reflect your expertise and dedication.

About the Role: Licensed Clinician

This role is ideal for professionals eager to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and deliver high-quality, integrated care to clients facing complex mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions, fostering client engagement and utilizing evidence-based modalities.
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions as part of comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized, high-quality care.
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation, meeting Joint Commission standards.

Qualifications:

  • PhD, PsyD, or Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Independent licensure (HSPP, LPCC, LISW).
  • Experience facilitating IOP or PHP groups and working with diverse populations preferred.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT & ERP.
  • Advanced training in ERP preferred.
  • A commitment to cultural inclusivity, adaptability, and teamwork.

Why You Should Apply

At The Anxiety Center, you’ll be part of a team that is transforming mental health care. You’ll work in a forward-thinking environment where your passion for helping others is celebrated and supported. We embrace challenges with courage and innovation, ensuring that your work directly contributes to better care for vulnerable patients.
