Through our TikTok LIVE agency, we help creators grow their presence and earn income by going live on TikTok.
\n \nAbout the role
\nWe're looking for a Talent Scout to recruit new creators to join our TikTok LIVE agency. You'll identify and engage prospective talent through social media outreach, referrals, online platforms, and community events, then screen candidates for fit and interest in going live on TikTok. You'll guide recruits through onboarding, explain how the agency supports creators, and maintain an active pipeline of prospective talent. You'll work closely with the agency team to track recruit progress, provide timely follow-up, and represent the network's values in every interaction.
\n \nCompensation
\nThis is a commission-only position.
\n \nWhat you'll need
\nBasic customer service experience, with a friendly, professional approach to interacting with prospective creators.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and generate interest in the opportunity.
\nFamiliarity with TikTok and social media platforms is a plus.
\nStrong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple outreach efforts and follow-ups.
\nComfort using recruiting/outreach tools, online platforms, and basic office software for tracking; training provided.
